Focused on the corporate and transactional area, Ana Pamela is part of the LegalPlus team that specializes in Venture Capital and Corporate Law. She is in charge of corporate management, day-to-day requirements, and communication with clients and shareholders. To date, she has participated in several financing rounds (Series Seed & Series A) for different clients and locally supports the team with corporate contracts and documents.
